Authors

Pizza dough (makes 2 servings)

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour - 3 cups
  • Water - 1 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil - 3 tsp
  • Instant dry yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
  • Cajun seasoning - 2 tsp

Directions

  • Mix yeast with room temp 1/2 cup water (you can add a sprinkle of sugar to help) and let stand for about 5 min
  • Mix yeast mixture, 1 cup water, and oil with dough until you can make a ball with it. (Add water/flour as needed)
  • Cut dough ball into 2 halves and place in quart Ziploc bags. (I usually put one in the freezer for the next week)
  • Let dough rise for 2-4 hours (you should notice that it will expand to fill the whole bag)
  • Roll your dough ball to 15in diameter with rolling pin
  • Fold the edges of the dough over cheese to get stuffed crust
  • Place oil or pepperonis on the bottom of the pan for non-stick effect
  • Cook dough at 375F for about 7 min (just enough to solidify it)

BBQ Sauce - 2/4 cup (makes 2 cups)

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste - 6 oz
  • Whole canned tomatoes - 15 oz
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1/3 cup
  • Molasses - 1/4 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Paprika - 2 tsp
  • Chili powder - 2 tsp
  • Pink Himalayan salt - 1tsp
  • Black pepper - 1tsp

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend for about 2 min
  • Bring sauce to a boil for about 10 min
  • Remove from heat and let rest for about 30 min (stir occasionally)

Ingredients

  • Dubliner cheese - 1/2 lbs
  • Shredded Mozzarella - 1/4 cups
  • Chicken tenderloins - 1/2 lbs
  • Beef sliced bottom roast - 1/2 lbs
  • Bratwurst - 1/2 lbs
  • Thick cut bacon - 1/4 lbs
  • Bell Pepper - 1 cup
  • Chopped onion - 1 cup
  • Sliced mushrooms - 1/2 cup

Directions

  • Cook all meats before adding to the pizza (I used the grill, bacon on the stove)
  • Cook all the veggies with a little bit of olive oil on the stove
  • Add thinly sliced cheese on to crust
  • Cook at 375F for about 5-7 min
  • Add a thin layer of BBQ sauce on top of cheese
  • Add all 4 cooked meats to food processor and run until finely chopped (ya you read it right)
  • Add bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the meats and mix
  • Add mixture on top of sauce
  • Add another thin layer of BBQ sauce on top of mixture
  • Add shredded mozzarella on top of sauce
  • Cook at 375F for about 10 min
